Edge of Hell runs 7:30 PM to midnight on Friday and 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM on Saturday (Visit KC; confirm on edgeofhell.com); plan about two hours with the wait. Camp Hell runs Wednesday to Saturday through Oct 31 in J. Rieger's Hey! Hey! Club; its hours are not posted, so book on OpenTable. The distillery is open to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
