TERMS
The short version.
A small, independent project. These terms are meant to be readable, not a wall of legal text. Last updated October 18, 2026.
What this is
Explore KC Together is an independent project for planning Kansas City dates. It’s provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
Accuracy
Venue hours, prices, and availability come from a mix of source-checked and unverified information. Anything marked “Confirm today” means it hasn’t been independently checked recently. Always confirm details directly with the venue before you go. We won’t call something open, affordable, or available without real support behind it, but we also can’t guarantee it stays current.
Who can use it
Planning a date works for anyone, with no account. To create an account you need to be 18 or older.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login secure and let us know if you think it’s been compromised. You’re responsible for the plans and details you save.
Acceptable use
Please don’t scrape, resell, or otherwise abuse the site or its catalog data.
Names and photos
Team, venue, event and brand names appear here only to say what and where a place or event is. Explore KC Together is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them, and no place pays to be listed or ranked. Photos on date pages come from Wikimedia Commons and Flickr under open licenses, each with its credit and license beside it.
Together Plus
Together Plus is not for sale yet and nothing is charged today. When it opens, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay.
Changes
Both the catalog and these terms may change as the project grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
